So I had a spare five minutes before going to bed tonight and I decided to update my dA account . I miss this site so much! I wish school wasn't so demanding....

Anyway, I uploaded two photos that I took for my photography class this quarter, replied to some comments, and tried to go through the billion deviations in my message center . Then I thought I would update my ID because that pink wig photo was scaring me. The one I have now is much more "me."

Hopefully I'll be loading photos from my class throughout the year. Who knows when I'll have my next breather. I'm super exhausted.

Oh Deviantart, how I have missed thee and thy sweet people and art!

Hahaha sorry that was a little strange. Thank god for summer! I was about to lose my mind at college (wait... I already lost it... so I wonder what would have happened? ). It's really tough work O_o, yet no one really tells you that. I didn't have time to create a single piece of art. At least I managed a pretty decent gpa. I even got one A+ !

Speaking of art, I am currently working on my first vector piece. I have 100 shapes, yet it's only a small blob. I think i'm doing it wrong? hahaha... If anyone knows of any good vector tutorials for Photoshop CS2 or Illustrator CS2, I would be greatful if you sent a link my way :3.

I'm so sad I haven't had time for art or deviantart lately. I miss vexeling so much and I even bought a program to draw vectors ;-;! I just want to thank everyone for the favorites, watches, and comments. I appreciate them so much! I really do! I just wish I had time to respond to all of them the way I used to. Life is really tough right now and seems to be growing harder exponentially. I guess that's what becoming an adult is. *sigh* Maybe someday I'll get to have fun again...

Hello everyone! I need to discuss a few business things, but the end of the journal is reserved for play. Promise. Sorry for being so stiff I hope I don’t sound too annoying XD!

First order of business:
Please do not send me notes asking if you can use my work. It is copyrighted. I am very flattered that you like my work enough to use it, but I spend a lot of time and effort on my pieces. It may not appear this way, but just trust me on this one. I’m especially tired of blanketed messages from forums asking to use my work. No.

Second order of business:
Lately I have received a few requests for vexels. This is also flattering, but please don’t send me a message unless you are willing to pay what I’m asking. For each image I will charge $100 because each image takes 20+ hours (this means I am charging $5/hour, which is below minimum wage). This is the going price, I have compared among artist. Also, the image can only have one person in it and no alterations. If more than one person is in the image, I will charge an additional $50 per person. Prices for alterations in the images can be worked out.

I am not willing to haggle my prices. I am a very busy college student and the pay has to be worth taking time away from studies.
